Difference between Pilot Vanishing Point and Capless Japan Version

Hello does anybody has any experience with the Pilot Capless Steel Nib (Japan) version and how it compare to Pilot Vanishing Point gold nib?
What are the differences?
How good is the quality of the special aloy steel nib of the Japanese version.
