Montblanc 149

Montblanc 149 with 14K Medium (or so--on the Broad side). Ebonite feed, plastic filler threads. Cleaned and relubricated. No box or papers. I bought this off eBay last year for about $425 as supposedly in perfect condition. I thought it was, too, but later I noticed that the cap had a small chip in the lip. Do you see it? It took me awhile. It’s totally stable, not a crack. I suppose I could send it to the Montblanc pen spa and get a new cap, but there’s no need, and I didn’t use the pen much, anyway, because I decided that 149’s are a little too large. Anyway, the price is adjusted down quite a ways for the chip. The rest of the pen is great. It’s a reliable starter and smooth, wet writer.
