What is the length of the pen and the size of the nib? How would it compare to something like an MB 146? Is the nib like a Pilot #10 or #15?

Length capped 14 cm, uncapped 12,5 cm, posted 15 cm. Nib seems a 5 (very similar to a Pilot 5 (the one on my Custom 74), in any case).
