Wow, that's a really good deal. (I looked on Amazon.co.uk where someone has the Sai advertised for £611. That's, er, nearly $900!!! I hope not a typical price for the pen...)

They're normally about $200 USD. (270 is the MSRP [manufacturer's suggested retail price], but most don't go by the MSRP even if they use it to advertise a % discount)

No affiliation but I do have a Sai in B and I love it. They look much nicer in meatspace than in pictures and I generally don't much care for demonstrators but this one looks like the pen innards are frozen in a block of ice and the pen, generally, is a wonderful writer. I was surprised how much I liked it. I got it on a whim as B nibs are not generally available here, even as special order and I find the Platinum M nibs on the slender side.
