The pen is a no-name:
Very pretty material
No cracks
No personal engravings
Top and bottom "jewels" intact
Marks of use on the trims
The nib is the Waterman's IDEAL New York and yes, it flexes.
As a bonus, it exhibits stub-like characteristics even without flexing, making everyday writing a joy.
