It's been mostly restored. I'm not sure how but the sac had permanently bonded with the inside barrel of the pen. I had a devil of a time getting it all out (most of it anyway). I've never seen a sac do that. It got a new J bar, new sac, and a good polish. There is plating loss on everything that's plated. The original nib was still good enough to use but you can see pitting where the old dried on ink ate the metal. I tuned the nib to a nice wet medium and it will happily write upside down.
