Thanks again for an entertaining, educational and informative review.

The sort of orange/persimmon colour really stands out & contrasts well with the black especially after your restoration & polishing. The Lucky Curve logo looks really good highlighted. It came up rather well for a 1920-30s pen.

The bar filler mechanism seems a bit inefficent. Do the bars loose their spring over time and does that cause problems when filling or emptying?

Hi...Thank you for your comments. The filling bars work fine and i have received pens with the original filler bar that still retains its springiness and works correctly with a new sac fitted.....

Yeah...the filler bars aren't as bad as you might assume :) Anything to not be a c/c pen in my opinion! (Even though most button fillers hold less ink than a converter :(
