Did Sailor change from the single cap band on the 1911 to the wide and skinny two band cap in 2005 or 2006?

Seems to be 2005 for the trim change per this Japanese Blog (http://blog.goo.ne.jp/fine-man_2007/e/b1a3dcf838f949a6c41cc550ba896baa), and 2007 was when the nib markings went from the simple anchor design to the more elaborate version.
