Yes, Suffolk, the cultural center of the known universe and where there is a fountain pen store on every street corner. Well, maybe not. But anyway, here I am soon to be ordering a Namiki maki-e pen soon. Hopefully in the next few weeks.

Ok, I looked it up: It seems that, based on the positions of Norfolk and Suffolk, then plain old Folk, VA would be right around Bowers Hill, VA.

This is a matter of great import, because now I know where to find that rare Custom 92!
And . . . . I have in fact been looking for the center of the known universe ever since I left 73rd and Amsterdam in Manhattan.

Well, I can afford one of the Nippon Art models and my wife said she was okay with buying me one for my birthday next week. I'm going to see if she'll just give me the money and I can save up for a Yukari model. Maybe.

I've been meaning to buy a Namiki maki-e but, after doing my taxes last weekend, it will have to wait. :shocked:
