I placed an order with PenGallery.com in Malaysia on February 6th.

I received an email message the same day saying my order was 'Awaiting Fulfilment' then absolutely nothing happened.

I have never received any further communication, nor a tracking number for dispatch. So yesterday I requested a refund.

I heard nothing all day, but this morning I received a refund and a message saying they are 'on the move' and sorry for being able to fulfil my order.

So if anyone has placed orders and received no dispatch notification with tracking number, it would appear that you need to be proactive to get your money back.
