HI,
I'm sorry for my ignorance but what is a "furnishing broad nib?" I googled it and can't find the term in any fountain pen resource. Thanks.

PS.Looking at your signature quotes, have you ever read Descartes Error by Damasio?

and to add to your second quote, when i was a professor a graffiti artist painted "The fault dear brutes lies not in our bars but in our selves"

He means gold furnishing, broad nib. Commas are important.

Thank you. I thought that might be the case but I'm fairly new to the fountain pen lexicon and seem to discover a new term regularly; even having read the glossary on Richard's Pens. I just almost sent the rest of the message which was explaining why (price) I was going to buy the pen somewhere else and realized you had said "He" in your message, and I didn't look until now and discover you are not the seller, just being courteous. Thank you for that. And yes, commas matter, although having taught at universities, one might doubt it.
