Hey folks!

In the last couple weeks I've acquired a couple new pens, so I thought I'd share, along with some writing samples and thoughts. Let me know if there are other points of data that would be helpful.

The Sailor-made Pokemon Tales fountain pen:

It's a cheap pen at $38 in store, and feels like it. The body is lightweight plastic, and the nib is unmarked, except a bow. It's a totally different shape from my Sailor Pro Color -- but runs a little wetter and wider (which is nice, since the Pro Color is notoriously dry). It puts down a line a lot like a Metropolitan in width and wetness, but with noticeable feedback, which I like.

I'm curious to see how the design holds up over time -- I worry that it'll scratch off gradually if I throw it in a bag with keys. But overall, not a bad pen for the money, especially if you're a big Pokemon fan!

More photos and more of my rambling here (http://www.raccoonstar.com/?p=1627). (I should really figure out how to resize the photos for this forum more easily. Right now I'm kindof lazy. Is there a way of setting image-height in BB code?)
