Feels like I have been waiting forever for this. :bounce: Suppose I might as well pick up a Mini or two at the same time, eh?

Nice. That took a while for them to release it, but nonetheless, it looks great!

I'm struggling deeply with this pen. I still am not completely sold with the black grip section and plunger bit. This hasn't quite earned itself onto my buy without a second thought list yet.

If it had been like the Mini Classic, hell yeah, but this combination, I agree, is a little bit off...

YES! (But they must improve the comfort of their threads and solve the cracking problem before I buy one...)

Congrats on the pen. The vacs a workhorse. I'm considering a vac. No cracking issues reported so I think this is much more durable. I'm not exactly sure why just yet.

I'm thinking that this pen is the one is a keeper for a long time.

Does anyone know if TWSBI plans on coming out with a replacement for the Vac 700 - a full size vacuum filler?

They haven't said anything about replacing the Vac 700 as far as I know (though to me a Vac 700 with a more refined design a would be great). The phrase at the end of your sentence is ambiguous--are you envisioning a pen larger or smaller than the Vac 700? If the latter, one already exists: the Vac mini.
