This is a New Pilot Custom 823, black translucent, fine nib, vacuum filler. This is a new pen now generously reduced.
The pen is in mint condition from Japan, and has only been dipped. The Custom 823 is only available in Japan with this translucent black color. The Pilot Custom 823 has become a classic of simple engineering and flawless performance. I have an Amber one in medium that has been an absolute daily workhorse. The #15 nibs are a joy to write with and look at.
The pen ships with the standard pilot clam shell box, stickers and papers.
