I'm planning on buying this as my fourth ink, and first by Noodlers. I was wondering how easy it is to clean. Also, I know a little about its theme. I know that there is French writing on it, could you type it into a translator and tell me what it means? I'm assuming its French because its a sort of tribute to Charlie Hebdo. Thanks, and never be afraid to express your thoughts.

The first words are indeed French but the images on the web do not show the full sentence. If you are able to let us know what are they I should be able to translate it for you.

I found it "Au cœur des Ténèbres". It means "at the heart of darkness".

Scary stuff.

Unless this is a new HOD, it is from long before Charlie Hebdo, and as far as I know the theme is from the Joseph Conrad novel.

As far as cleaning from use, I have had no particular issues. No more so than any other saturated black, at least.

It is about the novel, but he added the 'Charlie' pen and has a video up explaining it. So there is a double theme. Thanks for the answer.

And then we have the movie take on it, Apocalypse Now. The horror...
