Hello.
I'm putting my Parker 51 for sale. The pen is 'Made in England' and imported by Christian Olsen in Denmark, so it has the C/O-anchor stamp on the barrel. It comes with its original box and the user manual (in Danish). The pen is from 1952-1960. It's in good condition, a few microscratches on the barrel from regular use for many, many years but the 1/10th 12 ct Rolled Gold cap has been polished and looks fantastic (the pictures are from before the cap was polished). The pen is an aerometric filler and it fills nicely.
The nib of the pen is a 14k USA 'fine' nib: it's a smooth. pleasant writer and lays down a nice line. The nib has been replaced because the original nib is damaged and has lost its tipping. I can include the original, damaged nib if you want, in case you want to have the nib retipped and have an all-original pen.
I LOVE this pen, but it isn't seeing much use and I want to fund another pen/nib purchase.
Price is $80 + $20 Shipping and packaging with registered mail.
