Anyone got any idea of what Parker pen this is?
I have an offer to buy it for about $30 and it supposedly works well.

That's a Parker 15, it was merged with the Jotter line in the early 2000's. Normal stainless steel 15/Jotter with black sections cost under £10. I don't think stainless ones were ever sold with demo sections, I imagine someone has taken a stainless steel barrel and merged it with a neon colour pen which had a demo section. The semi demo pens are less common

For £20 I wouldn't say no to it however bare in mind these pens aren't very collectible.

I would like to know which is the most suitable parker pen for my 12 year son as he is crazy for pens.
I would like to gift him one

The Parker in question wouldn't be a bad choice I had one when I was around that age. Frontiers aren't bad either

Hi Pen 10
Thanks for you suggestion but my only concern is that he blots a lot while writing so I am sceptical whether I should go for ink pen or gel pen
