I've ordered repair supplies and parts from Wood Bin a couple of times now. The tools and parts Martin sells are high quality and at good prices. Return communication is always prompt and courteous and orders are always shipped quickly.

There was a slight mistake with my last order, but Martin caught it before it even shipped and way more than made it right. I hadn't even noticed there was anything wrong before he said something.

Wood Bin gets my vote for outstanding and reliable service.

I also have dealt many times with Martin at Woodbin and always had great service, highest quality merchandise and you won't find supplies cheaper than at Woodbin. For supplies that Woodbin does not carry I deal with Tryphon who, while their ordering processing could be a little better are very good to deal with and have huge selection of quality pen restoration supplies.
