I have for sale three leather pen rolls made by my wife. All three are protoypes and have some stitching / leather flaws. Usually she makes these for me and I'm not fussy about stitching and finish but I get these for "free", I'm sure people shelling out their hard earned money care a bit more. I know I would and the prices reflect that.

$50 each shipped USPS Priority Mail to CONUS.

SOLD SOLD SOLD
First is an embossed cow leather with red swede and red stitching. The stitching is marine grade UV resistant thread used in sail making. Crock pattern is embossed in the leather and looks sweet. My wife likes the buckle thingy and she says it looks cool. I don't really like it and find it a bit fiddly. In fact I don't use straps on my personal rolls at all as they stay rolled up just fine in my man purse.

SOLD SOLD SOLD
Second is an embossed cow leather with a plaid furniture upholstery grade material and dark brown stitching. The stitching is also marine grade UV resistant sail thread. This one has an ostrich print embossed. Same buckle type in a larger size than the crock roll.

SOLD SOLD SOLD Third is a leather bomber jacket style roll. Soft and squishy synthetic shearling material (the real stuff is way WAY too thick and oily for a pen roll, I checked.) Same UV resistant sail thread this time in off white. Thick leather strap is not attached as it is adjustable unlike the others. The underside of the strap is unfinished as we were not sure if the dye we used would rub off on the pen roll. I think we will dye both sides next time.

The pen rolls have large enough pockets for large pens like the Montblanc 149 and Visconti Divina etc. I recommend inserting the pens with the clip to the left or right, not clipped in the edge as the leather is fairly thick.

These prices only cover the materials used. I am eating the shipping. If we make more in the future the prices will be higher. I've been using hand made pen rolls like these in the field for a number of years and this is about the fifth redesign over the years and so far my favorite.

Is the black leather soft to the touch? I'm really interested :)

It's leather. So, I'd say it's leathery to the touch.

Thanks Curtis! The plaid one is still available. I brought it to the Chicago Pen Show but was too busy buying stuff to try and sell it LOL.

I would call it more brown than orange.
