An old Black Chased Hard Rubber (BCHR) pen "Advance" with a coin-filler.
Cosmetic: The chased pattern on the barrel looks like new, very crisp and clean. No signs of any clip but it has a cute, almost modern-like icon that indicates the direction to turn the cap to open.
Condition: Restored. The nib was severely out of alignment when I got it, it wrote like a pair of scissors, so I fixed that. Then I also cleaned the feed which was gunked with hardened ink.
Nib: A Warranted no.3 which I classify as a super-flex. It is close to a wet-noodle in terms of ease of flex, and the excellent "snap back" quality which makes for beautiful line variations. If you're looking for a good flex vintage pen, you won't be disappointed with this pen.
Price: $150 (because of the combination of rarity, quality of nib, and overall clean and complete condition)

NOTE: The writing sample below was done before I suspected that the Advance is the actual brand of the pen. Hence the "No Name" moniker.
