Reputable nib grinder in Japan?

I wasn't sure where to put this so I thought here was as good as anywhere. Please feel free to move it if there is a better place.

I am looking for a reputable nib grinder or nib alteration service in Japan. As much as I would love to use the guys mentioned here all the time, the cost and increased risk of shipping makes me want to look for local alternatives.
