Of course, you are aware that the Sailor medium is equivalent to a Western fine?

Yep but I like Western EFs and even Asian EFs. I have owned a Sailor Pro Gear Imperial Black with medium nib before and was too wide for me so I sold it, but I love orange so it might almost be worth getting it for that
