Help identifying a Montblanc pen

I found a Montblanc pen in my dad's attic. I've had it at least 30 years. It looks like a 144 with a solid gold color 4810 nib. It had a cartridge that was gold color with the montblanc logo molded into (raised) the plastic. Is anyone familiar with this pen.

First, welcome home. Pull up a stump and set a spell. It's probably a 144 but pictures are needed to be sure. The 4810 is just the height in meters of Mont Blanc so it is on many of their nibs.
