Any place recommended to buy J Bars in Quantity lets say 20 - 30 to have stock on hand. For pen sacs I found http://www.pensacs.com/ and ordered about 30 various size sacs to have on hand and they were delivered super fast and very reasonable. Now I want to find places to buy other parts to have on hand for FP repairs mainly lever fills.

If you're looking for Esterbrook parts.....try Anderson Pens.....I've had VERY good luck with them!!

Always try to get the dibs....on fountain pens with EF nibs!!

has anyone had any luck making their own? I have some very very small pens that these will not fit.

40mm is the smallest that I know of.
If you have a pen that needs one even shorter, I would cut the 40mm J-bar to length, using a cutoff wheel in a dremel.

Any UK or European suppliers? Otherwise I'll have to think about making my own....
