mentag no show

I bought several Hero 616 pens from Mentag on ebay. Never received them. I contacted Mentag and he/she would not take care of the problem. I will have to dispute the charge on my CC. I will have to find another source for the product. Just a heads up.

Im shocked, Ive bought several dozen things from them before and they've never let me down. I mean EBAY will definitely take care of the issue if its something like lost mail. Sometimes though it takes weeks for pens to get here, like up to six weeks.
