WTB Pilot Custom 74 or Custom Heritage 92 Orange

Just like the title says, I am looking to buy a Pilot Custom 74 or Custom Heritage 92 in the orange demonstrator color. Looking for medium nib size, but also willing to consider FM. I would like to keep it in the $100 range if possible.
