Hello all,
Continuing the culling of the herd and next on the chopping block is my Newton Pens Shinobi with matching nib holder. I purchased this from Shawn just a couple of months ago, but the Shinobi just ain't for me. I prefer pens that have a taper to them so they slide in and out of my cases/pockets easier and this one just doesn't fit the bill.
The details are as follows:
Long Shinobi in clear acrylic with a Vesuvius ebonite grip section and a fine italic Ruthenium-plated steel nib (black rhodium is what some call it). The nib holder (not pictured) is made from Vesuvius ebonite and is a straight holder for use with any number of dip nibs. I've inked this pen one time with Papier Plume's Oyster Grey ink (eyedropper style). No staining that I can see and it has no scratches, etc. It's a comfortable pen that's super light weight and the ebonite warms up nicely for longer sessions.
Included are the following items:
Shinobi with Converter
Straight nib holder (no nib)
Shipping within CONUS & PayPal fees are covered by me
