The pen is still under warranty and comes with all the papers. I am not the first owner, but it was bought in the EU so all the problems can be solved via Pilot Corporation Europe. As a matter of fact, not so long ago I got the lower barrel replaced as the former developed something similar to rust under the clip. No micro scratches, dents, or other imperfections – since the replacement I haven't used it at all. Excellent condition. Converter included, no box. I can provide a writing sample later.

Yes, Décimos are sold for a similar price new from Japan – do keep in mind the shipping and import charges, and the valid warranty, though.
