Hey FPN, I just wanted to share with you the article I wrote for my website.
Right behind my pen interest is my interest in fragrances.
I wrote this article comparing two ink-influenced fragrances to their counterparts.

Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for sharing! Encre Noire is one of my favourites and I also like Man 2 quite a lot although I don't own it at the moment... Actually my interest in fragrances is even older than my interest in fountain pens and ink, so I find this topic very interesting :)

I've never worn cologne, but that was an interesting article!

No problem! Same here, the fragrance thing goes back about 8 years, while the fountain pens haven't been as long (about 3 years). Granted I'm 24, so neither of those are very long compared to others.

I don't like how some of my inks smell so wearing an ink fragrance is not appealing to me.

This sounds fascinating! The idea of a cologne capturing the scent of ink is really intriguing. I'd love to learn more about how these fragrances translate the smell of old books and fresh pens into something Arabic Perfume (https://marabika.lt/en/arabic-perfume/) wearable. Are there specific notes that evoke that inky feeling? Maybe smoky woods or musky leathers? Can't wait to dive into this thread!
