FS: Omas ARCO FP/ BP set. Old Paragon size.
This set came to me NOS, without boxes or papers, but never filled.
It is a gorgeous example of the Arco material as you can see in the photographs.
No chips, no scratches, no dings.
Nib is M; piston moves freely as it should.
Even though these are NOS, there are two marks (one each on the BP and the FP) on the cap trim on the back of the pen.
The FP is pretty much imperceptible. The BP can be seen in the third and fourth photograph. I suspect a restorer could burnish this back to how it is supposed to be, but this is beyond my abilities.
Price reflects these issues.
If you've been looking for Arcos, you know how hard they have become to find, let alone with this much of a "flame" to the finish. Even with imperfections to the cap bands, this is an uncommon opportunity to get a gorgeous Arco set at a reasonable price.
