For those of us who love B&W photography. Here is a set of photos I took on a week long trip to the Bay Area (mostly San Mateo county and San Francisco).

I think the most intriguing one for me was the one of the peppers, though all of them were beautiful.

Looks like there are quite a few of us here with a taste for B&W photos. :fans:

I really appreciate your comment.
I am especially fond of that one too. The peppers (taken at a farmer's market) had such interesting shapes and shades that reminds me (metaphorically) of humanity somehow.

I love the picture of the man on the bench. It makes me ponder his story.

The man? I was taking picture of the little bird. :)

Just kidding... he is in such contrast with the surrounding just outside of the frame, namely hundreds of people on the Golden Gate Bridge.

LOL The little bird seems to be willing to tell his story. I really like that you choose black and white as well. What set up do you use?

I borrowed my brother's SONY A7 that he bought earlier this summer. The lenses are mine: Olympus OM Zuiko 85/2 and 24/2.
The B&W conversion was done using Nix SilverEfex 2 which is now a free download (I use it from inside Lightroom, very convenient).
