My name is Lutfi, I live in Florida and enjoy starting on this new hobby of pen and ink.
Love saturated inks, with sheen, Tomoa River paper, and general stationary. Hope to learn a lot. Because Florida has almost no BM pen and ink stores, I rely heavily on online opinion for my purchases.

Please forgive my ignorance, but what is NPR?

I had wondered that too. In the US the acronym NPR usually means "National Public Radio", but in this context I suspect it means "New Port Richey", a city in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area.
