Very nice small (ladies size) celluloid LUXOR pen.
Beautiful brown/gold & black marbled celluloid.
Made in Germany in the 1930's
14 K semi flex Luxor nib
Brand: Luxor
Country of origin: Germany
Production year: mid 1930's
Material: Body and cap brown/gold and black marbled celluloid; clip and cap rings gold plated brass;
Cap top, section, feeder and blind end cap are made of ebonite (black hard rubber)
Nib: Luxor - 14 c 585 - 1st quality. Semi Flex ( see writing sample in pictures).
Filling system: Button filler
Measurements: capped: 113 mm; uncapped 108 mm; posted 1145 mm. diameter over barrel 10,8 mm; over cap 12.3 mm
Condition: Very good. Some plating loss on the clip and cap rings. New silicon ink sac. Pen is completely restored, clean, writes smooth with an somewhat flexible nib that lays down a medium wet line that varies from EF to B depending on writing pressure.
