Restored vintage leather document / brief case

I am offering for sale a Vintage leather document / briefcase.

This case has been taken apart and cleaned the inside has been lined with high quality suede and stitched back together Barbour linen thread.
The only piece of the original case that I did not re use was the gusset piece which had split in to two pieces.

I decided to make a pocket from the two dividers one of which was turned around to have the finished side facing outwards.

The case was saddle stitched by hand making it incredibly strong.

I also added a shoulder strap using high quality hand finished brass buckles and trigger hooks to bring the case right up to date.

There is a lot of materials and work involved in this case I am asking £250 sterling plus shipping.

My future projects will include some of these which will be offered on a custom basis where you will be able to choose the colour of both the interior suede and the thread.

I have reduced the price of this restored briefcase it is now £250 sterling because of the currency fluctuation I have changed the price to pounds sterling.

As you may have gathered I am not really in a hurry to sell this case I like it and in an ideal world it would stay with me unfortunately I don't really have a use for it. And as I have bought more cases it does need to find a home.

I have decided to reduce the price further to £180 sterling plus delivery at cost.
