New packaging for Private Reserve?

The velvet black cartridges I just got in today appear to have new labels.

All the bottles and other color cartridges that arrived were the same packaging as before.

Is this packaging new or has it been out for a while? If this is new, I am glad to see them making changes.

I think the packaging is new. I've noticed recently the glass bottles aren't the same anymore either – the old (http://www.thewritingdesk.co.uk/privatereserve/pr_60ml_2014.jpg), the new (https://www.lacouronneducomte.nl/webstore/main/private-reserve-fountain-colors-bottle-pi-383.html).

Have the 110 mL bottles always been around? (on the left (http://www.hisnibs.com/images/Miscellaneous/PR%20large%20bottles.jpg))

The 110ml bottles were on my 2014 order sheet. However, I have never order them.
