Hello all,
I wanted to put my beloved Pelikan P-495 (newer version of P-60) into my rotation over the weekend, but discovered that the piston has seized. I tried hot water and got it to move a little, but it is still very stiff. I always clean my pens after they go out of rotation and indeed, the ink window is still very clear.

I've read some pieces on other forums on how to dismantle the piston knob but don't have the correct tools. I really love this pen and do NOT want to break it while "trying" to fix it.
Any recommendations on who I should send it to for repair?
TIA,
James
