I have a Franklin Christoph Stabilis (model 66) for sale.
The material is Antique Glass (often referred to as 'Coke bottle').
The nib is a steel Jowo #6 medium cursive italic ground by Mr Michael Masuyama.
The pen comes with the original packaging that includes an unused single pen leather zippered pen case, two short cartridges (no idea what ink F-C put in these), a converter and a spare unused section.
There are also various business cards: one from the nibmeister authenticating his work, one from F-C, and a second from F-C that states their lifetime mechanical breakdown guarantee. Whether F-C will honour this guarantee on a resold pen I do not know. I would suggest the new owner contacts F-C regarding this.
