Vintage Conklin Cresent Filler for restoration
There is some oxidation of barrel, but overall pen appears to be in good condition, especially given its age of around 100 years.

Writing on barrel is legible, says:
Conklin Cresent Filler
Toledo Ohio USA
Oct 1901 - Dec 1'03
Trademark 20P

Cap works as it should, clip is in good condition, stable. I have read somewhere that the clips are relatively fragile and are prone to breaking, that is why a lot of vintage conklin pens are now 'clipless'.
Pen will need a new sac installed.
The cresent filler is attached to a bar inside and that bar is supposed to squeeze the underlying sac.
Pretty cool and creative filling mechanism if you ask me.
The nib is a very soft and flexible one. However, the tines are misaligned and/or may need retipping.
This is a restoration project. Hope that someone will make good use of this pen when it is restored as it has a lot of potential.

Asif
