Hi all,

It's bittersweet to let this one go, but I feel it's time for it to get a home where it gets deservedly used and appreciated anew--the nib is such a character, if a bit too wet sometimes. O.K condition--no cracks, major nicks etc.; seals replaced a few years ago by Francis Goosens. A wonderful, usable example (discoloration and all!). The nib is a later one from the '20s, but flexes effortlessly to a BBB, though the tines are quite tightly sprung (by effortless I mean that it doesn't feel like you're damaging the nib in the process). Made around 1916--an appropriate pick for Veterans Day--though I was told by a collector at a show once that the barrel part may be earlier. And excellent introduction to safety pens! $85 shipped CONUS (elsewhere at cost). I'd much prefer to sell to someone I know here, for sentimental reasons. Email me if interested at wplatt@conncoll.edu

Thanks!
