You have to be logged on and the OP of the thread to see it. But you are obviously both of those so I am not sure what you are doing wrong but it should look like this:

Perhaps you should contact the board admins to find out why you are unable to access an option and use the forums properly rather than unloading on someone who went out of their way to try to help.
