I recently received a bottle of J Herbin Vert Empire as a gift, it has had one Twsbi Eco fill removed. Its an attractive dark green but not one I anticipate making it into my everyday writing.
I also have a partial bottle of noodlers nightshade, it appears to be 80%+ full with the ink level just below the neck of the standard (non eye dropper) bottle.
