Added ability to receive instant email notification of new threads.

Previously, if you wished to subscribe to a forum for notification about new threads there were only daily and weekly emailing options. We've added the ability to receive immediate email notification of new threads.

Here's how:

Go to the forum you'd like to subscribe to, click Forum Tools> Subscribe to this forum...

Then click "Instant notification by email" under Notification Type:
