A friend of mine is dissolving his pen collection and I will help him to sell the one and other pen as good as I can. So in the next couple of weeks, some very uncommon pens will be for sale here. Don’t miss and check my offers.
For sale today is a very exotic German pen from the 1940’s, but may be 50’s. The pen was most probably made by TROPEN for the Arabic market. That’s why there are stamps/imprints in Arabic, but the nib is marked with “CAMEL”.
The uncommon thing about this pen is the fact that it is a very late Safety pen, made of red marbeled celluloid. (I don’t know many safetys made of celluloid…)
This pen is in great condition. It is mint and unused and has never seen ink. Nevertheless, the seals are tight (I did the vacuum test).
