Pilot Custom 74 with a "C" or COSU Nib which is also sometimes referred to as a Japanese Sharpie. It has a large, broad tip that is larger than the Pilot BB nib. I purchased this pen from another enthusiast, this is one of the more exotic nibs sold primarily outside the USA. A very smooth writer as is, with plenty of tipping material if you want to modify with a custom grind. Comes with original box and Con-70 Converter.
