I have had it for a few days now and am deeply in love. Let's see yours. What is your opinion of it?

I don't have one and probably never will, but it's gorgeous. Easy to see how you'd love it. Do you write with it posted? Seems like it would be a little short for writing without the cap, but that could just be me.

God, those lines though. That contrast of the lustrous black and gold, those classical proportions. That's the pen I could imagine Caesar Augustus writing with if they had had fountain pens in his day.

I have fallen deeply in love with it. It only took a few strokes of writing. Visually I fell in love before it even arrived. But writing with it completely sealed it. I wanted just one extravagant looking pen that was not overstated and this fit the bill. The Gala version is nice, too. All silver.

Beautiful pen - thanks for sharing! I'd never seen this one before, but it sure has classical lines.
