Dark Green Parker 45 that doesn't write

I'm selling this Parker 45 that I picked up at a flea market. It's pretty clean but it doesn't write.
The steel nib is scratchy and I couldn't find a cartridge that would fit, nor would it fit my Parker 75's converter. Maybe you could bring life to this pen?

I'm selling this pen at what I picked it up for, $10 + shipping. Packaging and untracked/unregistered shipping is $7.

It may need a couple of rounds in the ultrasonic cleaner. The nibs often get really clogged.
