I have an old Pelikan 400 whose binde has split and completely come off. Does anyone know someone who could turn a new one? I have some material from Conway Stewart. Thanks.

Shawn Newton of NewtonPens.com is your man.

Not sure Shawn will do a 400. His current website says "Pelikan 800, 1000 models ONLY. I will not work with smaller or vintage models. Bindes: $125 plus materials and shipping. I do not sell these pens, only modify yours. Any questions please ask – shawn@newtonpens.com" An email doesn't hurt but it does not look likely.

I don't know anyone else to recommend, sorry

Oops. Despite providing his web address, I didn't actually confirm the information. I just remembered that Shawn made some exquisite bindes for some Pelikans. Sorry for the confusion!

If you have not sorted it already, maybe Renee Meeks at Scriptorium pems might be able to help you. She works a lot with and is very accomplished using CS material, not sure if she does bindes though. https://scriptoriumpens.com/ renee@scriptoriumpens.com

Or maybe Brian at Edison pens is worth a try as he does do custom work http://edisonpen.com/custom-orders-2

Seeing a current thread where a pelikan M405 blue binde was for sale reminded me of this one See spiralguys post on 2 flexible pens and parts if that appeals
