I'm wondering what a two-tone m400 nib goes for nowadays. And what about an m405 blue striated barrel? Are there any good resources for extra part prices like these?

I've seen them on ebay fairly regularly, and if I wanted something like that I guess it would be the first place I would look. There may be some online sellers who stock them too like Fountain Pen Hospital and Nibs.com, but I don't know if they do. If there are others who stock them, I hope they will post and let you know. :)

Not sure there is any listings anywhere I think there are just different retailers or repairers around.
Looking at completed listings on eBay to compare as Chrissy says is a place to start. Rolf Thiel at missing-pen.de in Germany is a reputable seller on eBay and does sell parts too http://stores.ebay.de/missing-pen/Pelikan-/_i.html?_fsub=5484181012

In the UK there is http://www.pelikanpens.co.uk/acatalog/Pelikan_Accesories.html
In Spain http://www.fpnibs.com/en/92-pelikan-nibs you can always email them to check if they can quote you for a nib.

Maybe specialist repairers maybe able to help like Rick Propas of the PENguin, and Rob Zorn at Main St Pens in the USA,
- there are some resources listed at Internet pen resources https://cs.uwaterloo.ca/~tozsu/Pens/penlistings.html

I have bought from the first two of those German sites, and was always satisfied with the price, the item quality and the shipping.
