Offered for sale is a pen I purchased several years ago from Peyton Street Pens: a brown striated finish Sheaffer 500 from the 1940s featuring a military clip and fine 14k gold two-tone Feather Touch 5 nib. This pen is a vacuum-filler that filled perfectly when I tested it. This pen is excellent condition with only minor scratches and hand wear. No cracks, though there are one or two tiny knicks in the cap lip. The clip does not rest flush against the cap, but stands out a bit.
