Hi all!
I have a Pelikan m200 from the 1980's or early '90s in black with a grey ink window. It comes with gold-plated fine nib that has a bit of a spread at the tipping...making it so you have to press a little bit to get the pen to write...when it writes though, it is wet and somewhat smooth. If you want this to be fixed before you get the pen, I will send it to Danny Fudge for a nib tuning...the cost (shipped conus priority) would then be $60. I really think a couple minutes of careful adjustment would do the trick (I just have no experience doing this, so I don't want to mess anything up.) The piston works well, though it would do best with an overnight soak in soapy water to remove some residue. It is well used, but not in any way damaged. General desk wear to barrel and cap, but really nothing bad or "worn". Not much more to say. I can't post pictures here (my queue is full), but I will attach pictures if you send me an email at heather@plattdesign.net.
